Shipping Policy

Choix Vellizza currently ships orders within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within [INSERT NUMBER] business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another notification when the order has shipped.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping costs $8.99 unless a different rate or promotion is displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 3 - 7  business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately at hello@choixvellizza.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@choixvellizza.com with the order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We will review the matter and assist with the next steps.
